Solar energy is so hot right now.
Under pressure from customers, employees, and shareholders, mega-tech companies, like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google, have been increasingly determined to run on renewable energy.
Amazon has gone on the largest ever solar and wind shopping spree, buying 15.7 gigawatts globally over the past three years. It is now the largest buyer of renewable energy as it races to reach net zero.
