LIVE UPDATES: Man on shooting spree in Memphis, police say

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Police departments on the Arkansas side are on high alert after the Memphis shooting. Memphis police have issued a search for a dangerous gunman rumored to be happening all over Memphis.

Police said the suspect was arrested. Shortly after 7 p.m., West Memphis police confirmed the death of 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly of Crittenden County, Ark. cross, but one kidnapped her before returning to Memphis, Tennessee. Kelly got a light blue Infiniti and then a gray Toyota with Arkansas license plate AEV63K.
Around 9:15 pm, the police asked all the residents of Ivan Road and Hodge Road to take shelter in different places and stay at home. Arkansas Notice
Several law enforcement agencies, including the Arkansas State Police and the West Memphis Police Department, have additional officers on patrols.
Located at interstates, all entrances and exits, and businesses in the West Memphis area. District 8 news reporter Jess Passmore is at a Walmart to report a police presence called Precautions.

Memphis police are asking people to stay home. The Memphis Police Department told WMC that he was responsible for several Memphis shootings and recorded them on Facebook Live.
Police say the tremors began around 4:30 p.m.
