The Men’s Cricket World Cup T20 2022, the 8th T20 Cricket World Cup, is scheduled to be held from 16 October 2022 to 13 November 2022 in Australia. The tournament was originally scheduled to be held in India in October and November 2021, but in July 2020 the International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed that the tournament had been postponed to 2022 due to COVID-19. In August 2020, the ICC reconfirmed that Australia would host the tournament in in 2022 and India will host the T20 World Cup 2020 in 2021.
