Bihar: Watch Police bust illegal liquor making unit in Patna

As the death toll in the Saran Hooch tragedy rises to 70, Bihar police have launched an operation to identify and arrest those suspected of dealing, transporting, brewing and smuggling the toxic liquor.

Police raided an illegal liquor unit near Patna’s Danapur railway station on December 19. The entire unit was hidden underground so that the police could not easily find it. However, no one was found running the illegal liquor plant.
