Juan wedded Ediofina del Rosario García in 1937. García passed on in 1997.

He has 11 kids, 41 grandkids, 18 incredible grandkids and 12 extraordinary grandkids.

His family moved to Los Pajuiles, a town in San José de Bolivar in 1914. He began working with his dad and siblings in agribusiness and helped with sugar stick and espresso reaping at five years old.
