Fox News Mocked After Guest Calls Trump ‘President Fraud’ in Apparent Gaffe: ‘Truer Words Have Never Been Spoken’
A Fox News segment spawned the hashtag President Fraud on Twitter after a guest was asked how the Manhattan DA filed an indictment against Donald Trump if not enough satisfactory evidence was brought before a grand jury.
“I think there’s no doubt that he wants to humiliate President Fraud or President Trump,” he replied.
A Manhattan grand jury indicted the former president, now the first in history to face criminal charges, last week. In addition to facing 30 counts of fraud, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is investigating his alleged secret payment to cover up his involvement with adult film star Stormy Daniels.
It wasn’t sure who the guest was, and the segment appeared to be from Saturday, but Twitter users picked up a “Freudian snippet of all Freudian snippets” on Monday morning.
“The mouth speaks what is in the heart,” wrote one user in response to a tweet of the clip. “He thought about it a lot.
