ED seizes Rs 20 cr cash after raids on WB minister Partha Chatterjee’s aide
The Enforcement Directorate Friday said it has held onto Rs 20 crore in real money after strikes in the vicinity of Arpita Mukherjee, a nearby partner of West Bengal Minister Partha Chatterjee, regarding a supposed educator enlistment trick in the state.
“The said sum is thought to be continues of wrongdoing of the said SSC trick,” it said in an explanation.
The hunt groups are taking the help of bank authorities for the counting of money through counting machines.
