Me @HeathrowAirport – we stayed on runway for @British_Airways Faro flight for 4hrs, it got cancelled, we got escorted off & then told they lost our luggage. Bags piled high & stinking in airport now, no staff to explain or sort. Avoid checking bags if possible! pic.twitter.com/tyPAzEeHhb
