The situation is under control. People are appealed not to take law into their hands.
36 people arrested so far
On the other hand, after the tension in Kolhapur, the police have so far arrested 36 people in this case. On Thursday, the conditions of the city appeared to be normal. Internet services were also restored after noon, however, prohibitory orders remained in force in the city.

It is noteworthy that on Tuesday, WhatsApp statuses praising Aurangzeb and Tipu Sultan were installed in Kolhapur. After this, on Wednesday, Hindu organizations in Kolhapur called for Kolhapur Bandh and held a big demonstration. The police had to use lathis to disperse the protesters.
